Community Fund

About the fund

The purpose of Dorset Community Energy (DCE) is to fight climate change, increase generation of renewable energy across Dorset and benefit the local community.

The community benefit of DCE is primarily the financial and carbon savings made by the installations, however DCE also allocates a fund each year to community projects which support its purpose.

The Community Fund will grow over the 20-year project life, and in 2024 stands at £9,980.
